Mortgage interest rates nationally declined slightly for the week ending November 30, 2017, Freddie Mac reported.

The average mortgage interest rate in the United States increased for the first time in seven weeks for the week ending September 21, 2017, but rates remained below 4 percent, according to Freddie Mac's weekly Primary Mortgage Market Survey. 

Average U.S. mortgage interest rates increased for the second consecutive week for the week ending July 13, 2017, according to Freddie Mac's weekly Primary Mortgage Market Survey. 

Average U.S. mortgage interest rates declined to the lowest point in 2017 for the week ending June 29, 2017, according to Freddie Mac's weekly Primary Mortgage Market Survey.
