The median price of a single-family home in Haverhill, Massachusetts stood at $276,000 through the first nine months of 2014, an increase of 6.6 percent from $259,000 during the same period in 2013, according to data from the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.

After a cold winter the weather turned warm in June, but the Haverhill, Massachusetts real estate market was very hot.
The median price of a single-family house in Haverhill, MA jumped 15.9 percent in June 2014 to $296,750 compared to $256,000 in June 2013, according to data compiled by the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Through the first half of 2014, the median price for a single-family home increased 3 percent to $265,000 compared to $257,250 during the first six months of 2013.
Home buyers were out in full force in June. Single-family home sales in June spiked 16.7 percent compared to June 2013. There were 42 single-family sales in June compared to 36 sales in June 2013. From January through June there were 166 closed sales, down just two sales from 168 single-family home sales during the same period in 2013.

The number of single-family homes sold in Haverhill, Massachusetts declined 32.4 percent in April compared to April 2013, according to data compiled by the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
There were 25 single-family homes sold in April, down from 37 homes sold in April 2013. From January through April, there were 82 homes sold, down 16.3 percent compared to 98 sales during the first four months of 2013. Pending sales did increase in April. There were 45 pending home sales in April, a 7.1 percent increase compared to 42 pending sales in April 2013. The first four months of the year had 134 pending home sales, up 3.9 percent from 129 pending sales in January through April 2013.

After a 13.8 percent increase in median home prices in Haverhill, Massachusetts in 2013, single-family home sales and prices took a bit of a breather during the first quarter of 2014, according to data compiled from MLS Property Information Network (MLS PIN), the local real estate multiple listing service. The condominium market had a better first quarter.
The tough winter may have played a role in the decline in single-family home sales and possibly home prices.

The median price of a single-family home in Haverhill, Massachusetts increased 1.7 percent in January 2014 and increased 13.8 percent in 2013, according to data compiled by the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR).
The median price of a single-family home in January 2014 was $246,525 compared to $242,500 in January 2013. The median home price in Haverhill, MA was $261,000 in 2013 an increase from $229,450 in 2012.

From January through November 2013, the median price of single-family homes and condominium in Haverhill, Massachusetts increased compared to the same period in November 2012, according to data compiled by the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR).
The median price of a single-family home increased through November 2013 to $263,000, a 14.8 percent increase compared to $229,000 during the same eleven-month period in 2012. For the month of November 2013, the median price was $249,900, up 11.1 percent from $225,000 in November 2012.

The real estate market for single-family homes in Haverhill, MA has increased in 2013, in both sales and median price, according to data provided by The Warren Group.
From January to September 2013, the median sale price for a single-family home in Haverhill increased 14 percent to $250,000 from $219,000 during the same time period in 2012. For the month of September, the median price stood at $275,700 compared to $210,000 in September 2012, an increase of 31 percent.

The median price of a single-family home in Haverhill, Massachusetts jumped nearly 32 percent in July compared July 2012, according to data tracked by The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.
The median price for a single-family home in Haverhill, MA in July stood at $259,000, an increase from $196,500. During the first seven months of 2013, the median price increased 17.59 percent compared to the same period in 2012. Through July, the median price stood at $254,000 compared to $216,000 for a single-family home during the same seven-month period in 2012.
Home sales in Haverhill increased 12 percent in July to 37 sales, up from 33 home sales in July 2012. Similar to other cities and towns around Massachusetts, tight inventory has put a cap on home sales in Haverhill. Through July, homes sales declined 1.54 percent compared to the first seven months of 2012. There were 195 single-family home sales January through July in 2012 and 192 sales during the same period this year.

The median price of a single-family home in Haverhill, Massachusetts increased 32.7 percent in April, climbing from $209,900 in April 2012 to $278,500, according to data provided by the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
Through the first four months of the year, the median price of a single-family home in Haverhill increased 25.6 percent. The median price increased from $215,000 during the first four months of 2012 to $270,000 for the same period in 2013. The lack of real estate inventory played a role in the home price increase. In April, inventory declined 17.9 percent compared to April 2012; however, new listings did increase 5.7 percent.
