The median price of a condo in Acton, Massachusetts increased nearly 19 percent in July to $264,000 from $222,000 in July 2012, according to data provided by [The Warren Group](http://www.thewarrengroup.com/press-room/press-releases/). 

![Acton, MA homes for sale](https://info.buyersbrokersonly.com/hs-fs/file-237000350-jpg/images/home_coins_rising.jpg?width=300&height=210&name=home_coins_rising.jpg)Through the first seven months of 2013, the median price of a condominium in Acton increased nearly 65 percent from $222,000 last January through July to $366,300 this year. 

Condominium sales in Acton, MA increased 109 percent from 11 in July 2012 to 23 in July 2013. Through July of this year, condo sales increased 42 percent compared to the same seven-month period in 2012. There were 64 condo sales through the first seven months of 2012 and 91 condo sales through July 2013. 

The median price of a single-family home in Acton increased more modestly in July, up nearly 8 percent; however, through the first seven months of 2013 the median price declined 0.25 percent. The median price of a single-family home in Acton in July was $534,900.

Single-family sales increased from 21 sales to 31 sales in July 2013, an increase of 48 percent. Through July, single-family home sales increased 5.56 percent compared to the same period in 2012.
