Through the first 11 months of 2015, the median price and number of single-family home sales in Billerica, Massachusetts increased, according to data compiled by the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. The following are some real estate market statistics Billerica homebuyers should know.

2. Single-family home sales increased by seven homes sold through November to 340 sales, a 2.1 percent increase from 333 homes sold during the same period in 2014.

3. While many cities and towns in the Greater Boston area have seen inventory decline in recent months, the number of single-family homes available in November increased 10.9 percent to 71 homes compared to 64 homes in November 2014.

4. Through November homebuyers paid on average 98 percent of the original list price for single-family homes in Billerica, MA.

5. Condominium sales increased 19.4 percent to 80 condo units sold during the first 11 months of 2015 compared to 67 sold condos during the same period in 2014.

6. The median condo price through November increased 8.7 percent to $318,450 compared to $293,000 during the first 11 months of 2014.

7. The months supply of condo inventory increased 8.7 percent in November to 2.5 months from 2.3 months in November 2014.
