The median price of a single-family property in Bedford, Massachusetts increased 50.5 percent in April compared to April 2014; however, through April the median price increased just 0.2 percent compared to the first four months of 2014, according to data collected by the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
On average, home buyers paid 97.7 percent of the original list price in April of 2014, but only 92.5 percent of the original list price in April of 2015.
